For when
we meet or if sending by mail: |

1.) Cards should be placed in the same order as the award application. |
|
2.) The application should be completely filled out. If you do not have an
application click on one of the links below. I do carry a few applications
with me. |

3.) A check or money order made out to the ARRL and for the appropriate
ARRL fees. I do NOT receive ANYTHING. I do this on a volunteer basis. |
|
4.) For DXCC, field checkers cannot check cards that are more than 10 years
old, 160 meter contacts, or are from a deleted country. Also, the fee amount
has to include the postage for mailing the results back from the ARRL. |

5.) A #10 envelope with enough postage to mail the application to the ARRL.
(VUCC awards need more than one unit of postage depending on how many sheets
you use.) Plan on six sheets equal one ounce. The envelope should be
addressed to: |
